I would describe myself as a support worker for every member of my team. People matter – our business counts on them, and so do our customers. That’s why it’s my personal mission to ensure they have the knowledge, training and equipment to do their jobs as efficiently, safely and productively as possible.

I have worked in the cleaning industry for six years at different levels, after serving in the Armed Forces and the Fire Service. My earlier career required dedication, positive action and structure – all excellent attributes for this role.

I am Passionate, Honest and Caring

Not many people know that during my fire service days I was an extra in the TV Series “London’s Burning” and even had a line!

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is that I get a lot of satisfaction! I have always been outcome driven and love comparing the before and after of a job well done, whether that be a couple of photos or delivery against KPIs.

Dione Pereira

Regional Director - London and the Home Counties

I am passionate about exceeding expectations by making sure our customers receive excellent service performance and great value for money. Responsible for service delivery in London and Home Counties, I manage service delivery teams across multiple customers and multiple sites.

With over 15 years in the industry from grass roots, I now build teams of up to 450 direct and in-direct reports, all working together to deliver the very best for our customers.

I am Conscientious, Diligent and Honest

Not many people know that I have participated in three major body building competitions and came second in all three attempts.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my role, with the autonomy to produce high quality work and results. I work hard to maintain the level of trust, which keeps me engaged and motivated to succeed even more than previous years.

Louise Wilde

Regional Director - Brighton & Hove and West Sussex

I look after our people in Brighton and the surrounding areas. Making sure they have the support, training and resources needed to carry out their work to a high standard.

I have a background in Facilities Management which helps me to support contracts from the perspective of both the customer and the cleaner. In my previous role, I was an Nviro customer. Experiencing their dedication to good service and unique approach in looking after their people made me want to work with them, so I joined in 2015.

I am Passionate, Supportive and Honest

Not many people know that I can play the piano and got a distinction at grade 5 (many years ago - I’m probably a bit rusty now)!

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is that each day is different and presents a new challenge. I’m always in awe of our fantastic people who do a tough job, but take such pride in what they do.

Service Director

I ensure that Nivro service delivery consistently meets our highest standards by working closely with our customers and our people. Responsible for service mobilisation and delivery, I build strong mutual partnerships with customers, so we can understand their goals, ethos and requirements to exceed expectations. My aim is that all customers feel they have made the right choice with Nviro. In doing this, I ensure that our staff are supported, engaged, motivated and highly trained, and they feel they are working with a good company that cares.

Starting out in 2005 as a cleaning operative I have worked my way to my current role. I fully understand requirements, challenges, solutions and techniques and love sharing this through coaching, mentoring and training.

I am Direct, Knowledgeable and Passionate

Not many people know that I am an exercise junkie! I work out 4 – 5 times a week which helps me to clear my mind, be more focus and get back to being me.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is working for a company that truly cares about making a difference to people lives – both our people and our customers. I get to work with people who are passionate and seeing them learn, progress and grow is highly rewarding.

Business Support Manager

I am responsible for keeping the cogs oiled and running smoothly in the back office. We are here to collaborate with the wider business and support the front-line, so everyone can work their magic - provide safe clean and hygienic environments in which our customers can thrive. We endeavour to innovate and streamline to make things easier and more efficient for everyone. I bring nearly three decades of management experience in various industries (including life!).

I am Passionate, Caring and Forward Thinking

Not many people know that I trained and worked as a Meteorologist for 14 years whilst in the Royal Navy. My ‘money no object job’ would be a wild life photographer.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the people, genuinely!

Hannah Miller

Head of People

I am responsible for evolving our People Strategy to support the growth of our people and the growth of the business. I ensure that we attract, retain, reward and develop the best talent. I am passionate about looking after our people and truly believe this is what sets us apart from our competitors.

After leaving the University of York having completed a BSc (Hons) in Psychology (2.1), I decided to return to university two years later to complete an MSc in Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth (with Distinction). Since then I have gained 9 years’ experience working in HR and I am CIPD qualified at Advanced Level 7.

I am Positive, Pragmatic and Insightful

Not many people know that I used to be in a band and can play the electric guitar, drums and keyboard.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the variety that comes from being in both a strategic and operational HR role where I can make a positive difference and support the business to achieve commercial success through our biggest strength – our people.

Ashley White

Commercial & Safety Manager

I have a varied role responsible for the safety of our people, our workplaces and those who we encounter during service operations. I work in partnership with our supply chain to ensure we collaborate to deliver the latest innovation, bring continuous improvement and ultimately drive Nviro forward as a true industry leader.

I am a qualified H&S manager at NEBOSH level having gained field experience working in the operations team on the front line for three years. I have had past experience in the hotel, food and beverage sector where safe clean and hygienic customer experience is essential. I have also had a long and successful career working in the mobile telecommunications sector understanding how technology ultimately will shape every industry.

I am Passionate, Challenger and Technophile

Not many people know that I have played hockey against the England team.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the diversity of my role.

Antony Duggan

Commercial Executive

I am responsible for supporting the growth of the business by firstly developing our existing contracts and promoting our SHINE strategy and integrating that within our contracts. My other responsibility involves the development of new services both with existing customers and new customers. It’s an exciting role that allows me to help develop our customer’s environments and also the skills of our operatives.

I have worked my way up through the ranks at Nviro within the service delivery team starting of as an Area Supervisor before becoming a Contract Manager at two big educational sites. It’s the operational experience, coupled with my degree in Marketing that I gained from Roehampton University which has assisted me in looking at new ideas and solutions what will benefit our customers.

I am Enthusiastic, Conscientious and Prepared

I am an open book so there isn’t anything that people don’t know about me.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the people without a shadow of a doubt. Everybody helps each other and offers support unconditionally. It is also great that all of our staff is treated as equals and support is offered to anyone that needs help.

Finance Manager

I provide a wide range of commercial and financial expertise to front line managers, supporting them to run their functions, teams and customer contracts in the most commercially focused manner. In doing so, I ensure that the right processes and frameworks are in place, and that they are adhered to.

I am a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Qualified Tax Advisor, with 16 years’ experience in Accountancy practice across different industries.

I am Questioning, Approachable and Positive

Not many people know that I won 12+ years category in a colouring competition winner from over 250 entries.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is that it is an innovative company, so we are always evolving and moving forward, whilst my role is quite diverse anyway, this adds to the excitement as things never standing still. With this I love developing processes and nurturing operational staff so that we remain efficient and effective.

Operations Director

I am responsible for ensuring that the business is undertaking high value activities that ultimately benefit our customers, their building users and visitors – every working moment of every day. We need to understand what is important and how we can make a difference. This can only be done through open communication and a collaborative approach.

Having worked in various industries, I found my true vocation in facilities management 15 years ago - in more recent years, the cleaning industry. With experience in management consultancy, investment banking and the legal profession, I understand how a business should operate, how to get the best from people and how to be as effective and efficient as possible.

I am Tenacious, Approachable and Methodical

Not many people know that I speak fluent Greek, albeit I’m a bit rusty now!

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is our fantastic customers! The people that I work with and their passion for customer service is mind-blowing!

Payroll Manager

When it comes to ensuring that every single Nviro employee is paid correctly and on time, the buck stops with me. I understand how important it is for employee satisfaction and peace of mind, so I give the utmost attention to managing the process, as well as providing guidance on all payroll related queries.

Qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, AAT qualified (Association of Accounting Technicians), I have been with Nviro for the best part of two decades in office management and finance related roles.

Not many people know that after making sticks of rock for a local sweet shop, I got a job looking after snakes, wolves, monkeys and all kinds of other animals at a local zoo.

Clair Gunn

PA to the MD and Head of Environment

My primary responsibility is to support the managing director and wider board of directors. I also take care of fleet and facilities management – providing safe, clean and hygienic environments for our people, so they feel valued and so that Nviro thrives. I also manage our quality and environmental ISO accredited system, ensuring that our Shine objectives are interwoven in the business and bring direct benefits to our customers – in terms of continual improvement and innovation in service delivery.

I believe passionately in providing excellent customer service, which is in my DNA after more than 27 years working in the service industry, 19 of which have been with Nviro.

I am Proactive, Enthusiastic and Dedicated

Not many people know that I used to be in the school choir and performed at Romsey Abbey!

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the people I work with - without a doubt! Also, Nviro is the first company where I have experienced a learning culture and a strategy built around listening, collaboration and a proactive approach to continual improvement at all levels.

Marc Goodey

Finance Director

I provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company’s financial commitments are met, and in doing so, manage all related functions, policies and procedures. I am closely aligned to all functions, providing guidance and support to all department heads. Where necessary I challenge situations to ensure we remain true to our goals, in the best interest of our stakeholders, employees and customers.

I have a solid background in finance from the grass roots, in both accountancy practice and financial auditing roles. As a graduate, I am a Fellow member of the ACCA and have over 10 years financial management experience in the cleaning services industry.

I am Forward Looking, Resilient and Focussed

Not many people know that I was once employed to drive Santa Claus round on a modified sleigh milk float!

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the close-knit family feel of working for a business where everyone is encouraged to come forward with ideas on how to continually move the business forward and stay ahead of the competition.

Externally, I am responsible for building relationships with organisations that care about the environment they create for their building users. Internally, I represent the voice of the customer and challenge the business to ensure we remain true to our vision and values in everything that we do.

As a former credit and financial analyst, I had the opportunity to understand the fundamentals of how organisations operate successfully. I have since spent more than 25 years working with customers to find solutions to their business challenges.

I am Positive, Dedicated and Engaging

Not many people know that I married my partner on a pirate ship in Barbados, whilst being filmed for French TV. The film crew picked us because they thought we were being romantic - we were having an argument!!!! Anyway, the situation cleared the air and we had a fantastic day in the end.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is the people! I have spent most of my career in global organisations and from day one at Nviro, it has felt like a family.

Brian Warren

Managing Director

I am responsible for the strategic direction of Nviro and aligning employees and customers with our purpose – to consistently providing safe, clean and hygienic environments in which your people can thrive. It is my personal mission to inspire, coach and develop our people, and make sure they have the autonomy, support and tools to do their very best.

Having enjoyed an early career that touched upon the finance, electronic engineering and manufacturing sectors, I was fortunate to move into the cleaning industry at the turn of the millennium. My personal journey has touched upon all Nviro’s sectors, I am a university graduate, governor of two colleges, head of finance committee for two colleges and lived in social housing, running a commercial concern.

I am Passionate, Driven and Caring

Not many people know that I have a life coach. This has kept me focused and helped me to realise that life is about knowing where you want to be. You will suss out the journey if you have a strong enough objective and reason.

The thing I love most about working at Nviro is that I can have a positive influence on so many people’s lives! How our staff feel about their work and how we make our building users feel – I get to see people develop, to see them get rewarded and to see the look on their face at a job well done.
