Transformation is probably the most used word at Nviro right now. The company although nearly 30 years old, continues to grow, change, and evolve, whist staying true to its aim in looking after our people so that they look after our customers by providing clean, hygienic, and safe environments where they will thrive.
Earlier this year we saw the launch of our Frontline Heroes Campaign. This was the Nviro way of showing our appreciation to all our staff, who have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic. Now we want to acknowledge our Heroes as the experts they are and ask for their help with our aspired transformation from a Great Service Provider to one that is World Class.
In November we are launching the “Ask the Expert” campaign.
Our aim is to know and understand where we are, where we want to get to and how we will get there. Our journey starts with sense of what OUR ‘World-Class’ looks like.
The Ask the Expert campaign invites Frontline Heroes to tell us what they think, by answering three questions:
- What is a “World Class Service”?
- What are your challenges at work?
- If you could have anything at work to help you do your job, what would it be?
Frontline Heroes will be supporting Nviro in their mission to keep improving and progressing, in its transformation to world class. With our people as the centre piece of the Nviro family, we know we have the expertise, attitude and commitment to ensure our Great Customers work and learn in a Great Environment. However, we are striving for more.
