We are very excited to announce that we have started to deliver the first batch of ‘Frontline Hero Badges’, to our amazing frontline employees, for all of their efforts over the last year, throughout COVID-19.
Debbie Baker, Frontline Manager for the Hampshire Police contract, was the first recipient and it was safe to say she was thrilled to receive her badge.
Lucy Clifford, Learning & Development Specialist, who delivered the badge to Debbie said, “Debbie was absolutely thrilled to be given her badge today, as the first recipient of the badge and person who had the original idea – it was perfect!
Debbie said that we had made her day, and she was close to tears – how lovely!”
Debbie, alongside Lorna Lakeman, Frontline Manager for the Hampshire Police contract, instigated the idea for all of our frontline heroes to receive a badge to say thank you for all of their fantastic work.
Over the coming weeks, all of our cleaning heroes will start to receive their badges, which will be hand delivered by an Nviro employee.
We will also have some further surprises for our frontline employees for the launch of Nviro Heroes’ Day! So watch this space.
