Nviro secure Regent’s University London contract

Nviro has been awarded the cleaning and porterage services contract at Regent’s University London. Regent’s is one of only five private universities the UK, located in the most beautiful setting within the inner circle of Regent’s Park. The contract commences on 1st February and runs for up to five years, with a value starting at £600k per annum, potentially moving up to £1million as students return.
About Regent’s University London
Originally formed as Bedford College in 1913 as a pioneering higher education institute for women, Regent’s University has gone from strength to strength, obtaining University status in 2013 on their 100 year anniversary. Regent’s also includes seven specialist Schools with a diverse community drawn from more than 140 nationalities.
Nviro’s Strategy
Nviro welcomes 20 new cleaning heroes to the Company in February, which will increase to 40 as campus capacity increases. Nviro will also introduce over £60k of equipment to the contract, which will provide Nviro’s highly trained cleaning heroes, with innovative and industry leading technology.
Final Word
To be able to achieve this through a difficult period and an adjusted tender process, which included a socially distanced site visit, was a great achievement by all involved.
