Good News Story – Pupils say thank you to cleaners

We have a good news story from one of our schools in Brighton, where our Cleaning Operatives walked into a nice surprise before the start of their shift.
As the Operatives entered the School, they were greeted by a row of pictures saying ‘thank you’ to the cleaners. These had been put up around the school, starting at the entrance door as well as in the cleaning cupboards.
Tina Seymour-Rider, Area Supervisor in Brighton said, “This is such a lovely thing to do by the children and the team were a little emotional about it as the children made them feel appreciated for the hard work they are doing in this difficult time.”
With cleaners being identified as key workers, in the fight against COVID-19, acts of kindness like this goes a long way and shows what an important role Cleaners are playing in providing safe, clean and hygienic environments.
Remember…. Not all superheroes wear capes.
