A Shining Start

Nviro has always been a great company, but in the past we have struggled to translate our culture into something potential customers could grasp and understand with confidence. During the last six months there has been a change resulting in unprecedented success:

  • 60% growth in the business
  • Win rates of over 70% in the year so far

It is fair to say we have worked out how to connect with our prospects.

We are now told Nviro is different, that our people are passionate about what they do, we care and they want to work with people like us.

Our people are our greatest asset and our collaboration to deliver the same outcomes – environments where people can thrive. Time and again we are told that our enthusiasm is infectious. We aren’t a cleaning company, we are people who want to make a difference to others lives.

We have grown our education portfolio with local authority schools, independent schools and secured our first Multi Academy Trust contract. Geographically we have grown significantly in Surrey and East Sussex and retained one of our most complex contracts in Hampshire Police.

Nviro’s people strategy is to invest in staff pay, ensure strong management and provide industry leading tools and chemicals to do the job. We train our staff on our innovative equipment and chemicals to deliver the best value for money for customers and improve the standards for building users.

Suppliers want to promote us and we are treated as real partners. Their own propositions have improved by the collaboration and Nviro is seen as an organisation prepared to lead the way through early adoption.

The last six months have been exciting, transformational and unprecedented but we believe our journey is only just beginning and I cannot wait to find out what the future brings.
