Contract cleaning and FM specialist Nviro has secured the contract to clean the Hampshire-based training and support offices of Specsavers, one of Britain’s most popular high street brands. Specsavers is a partnership of nearly 2,000 locally-run businesses, committed to delivering high quality, affordable optical and hearing care, so clean and well-functioning support offices are crucial to its success.
The contract – which will initially run for one year, but is expected to continue – sees Nviro providing cleaning services at two locations in Hampshire – offices in both Whiteley and Eastleigh. The contract includes: daily cleaning; window cleaning; carpet cleaning – including a deep clean shampoo of all carpeted areas four times a year; and the provision of both general washroom consumables and feminine hygiene services.
At the larger Whiteley offices, located on the Solent Business Park, a full team of evening cleaners will service the contract. A janitor will also be on site for three hours every working day. This location also includes a call centre for retail outlets to contact, which operates seven days a week.
